Floating Room

Floating Room is a multiuser installation for YOOX’s Multi Form event at Fuorisalone 2022.

Visitors could draw together in real time on a web page, with their lines appearing instantly on a screen as part of a shared 3D space. The experience combined a web interface with a video installation: a Three.js app used WebSocket to connect to a Unity application that collected and rendered all the drawings in a single 3D scene on the screen.
